When you move, or your carer changes, finding the right people can feel personal. The directory is planned to let you browse by service and area, compare what each business offers and get in touch directly.

Sponsored results sit in a small, clearly marked area and must match what you searched for. Ordinary results stay easy to reach.
Payment never buys verification
Being listed, being verified and being sponsored are three different things. Money never buys a professional check, a "best vet" label or the removal of fair criticism.
A listing never opens your records
Finding a vet in the directory gives them no access to your pet's PetNFO history. You decide, inside the app, which eligible vet to invite.
Separate by design
The directory is planned to run separately from the app, with its own accounts and data. No medical details, pet IDs or sign-in tokens are placed in links between them.

Where the directory stands
Honest status: the directory is a concept we are testing with businesses and owners. It has no listings, no public address and no live service. It is an optional experiment that is separate from, and does not delay, the owner app.
