What we are testing, and what is not decided
We are exploring three levels: a free basic profile, a richer profile, and bounded, clearly labelled sponsored visibility for a category and area.
Packages, prices, how many sponsored places exist, renewal and refund terms have not been set. We are asking businesses what would make the directory useful before we decide any of them.

Promises we will keep, and ones we will not make
What we commit to
- Payment never buys professional verification or a "best" label.
- Paid placement is always labelled and respects the owner's search.
- A free listing stays discoverable. Payment is never required to remain listed.
- Owner health records are never used to target advertising.
What we do not promise
- A number of enquiries, bookings or customers. We have no results to show yet.
- Search-engine ranking.
- Automatic access to any pet's records. A listing does not grant it.
- A launch date.
A listing is not clinical enrolment
If you are a veterinary practice, the directory and the PetNFO app are separate. Listing your business does not give you access to anyone's records, and taking part in the app is a different, owner-authorised step.

Before building anything for businesses, we want to understand how you are found today, what frustrates you about existing profiles and what result would make extra visibility worth paying for.
No contact channel yet. We have not opened a staffed business enquiry channel, and we will not invent one. When it exists, it will be listed on the Get involved page.
